The staff are always wonderful and Sanur is fantastic. However, it could do with some updating. The rooms were a bit basic and our bedsheets had stains on them. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well kept. We didn’t have breakfast this time as last time we didn’t enjoy but it may have changed. The swimming pools and gardens are great. The room itself was good (deluxe), with good air con and fridge. The toilet never seemed to flush properly and the water in the shower was slow to warm. Also the walls are quite thin so you can hear if you have noisy neighbours. Further, the curtains were very thin and let the early morning sun stream in, so not ideal if you want to sleep in. Het ontbijt was vreselijk en de keuze was ook zeer beperkt. De kopjes voor koffie en thee zagen er vies uit. Het personeel was zoals gewoonlijk op Bali vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echter de kamer werd slordig schoon gemaakt: met een vieze dweil zonder schoonmaakmiddel waardoor de kamer na het dweilen stinkt ipv dat het lekker geurt. Slechts een handdoek om je lichaam mee af te drogen. We verbleven in het verleden in heel veel 3 sterren hotel.
