Great property, about 5-8 minutes driving from main attractions and very quiet. Next door is nice grocery store, restaurants is walking distance. Rooms are cleans and nice. They have pool for babies, pool for adults and older kids and thermal pool. Friendly personal and good breakfast! I would definitely stay there again!

Small and pleasant stay.
İt was a pleasant stay. The hotel allowed us to check-in earlier and to check out one hour later. The rooms are spaceful and they have good swimming pools. The hotel is small with only 18 rooms, so it is quite place to stay. They don't have a parking lot, but I didn't see any problem to park in the street in front of the hotel.

This was a good try when the hotel was built: You even have the hot spring tap in your bath which looks like a mini pool. However it now feels that the entire village is stuck 30 years back in time. Hot tubs and swimming pools are open all day and night, but the hot spring water is not filtered. They offer spa and massage services which are being done by the same girls that are doing the cleaning. Perhaps they are too busy with those tasks, as it looks like the cleaning have not been done for ages: entire bathroom is covered in rust and limescale. Dated furniture with cigarette holes, mattress feels worn for at least 15 years as you could easily fall rolling from one side of it. The worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Modern hotel but need softer pillows
everything was very modern and clean. the swimming pool was nice for the kids. air condition and coffee/tea in the room was nice treat. the bathroom was very clean and nice decor. breakfast was amazing and good variety. our only complaint was the pillows. they were too high and in the morning two of us had very painful neck problems. please replace the pillows with more softer pillows.

Check in was smooth. Daily room cleaning; items replaced Breakfast was plentiful. - cheese omelette, hotdogs - cucumber, tomatoes and other spreads available. They had onsite massage available. Pools were open. Thermal pool also open.

Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Facilities are great and locatuion is convenient to archaeological sites, shops and restaurants. Large parking area opposite.

Best hotel in Pamukkale area. Good service, great room, modern, new and close (10 min drive from Pamukkale Hierapolis). Only feedback will be to improve the breakfast which was not good. But overall, very good hotel!

All the female front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We experienced apathy from one male staff member. The location was convenient. We enjoyed the combo turkish bath experience.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of Emen who was at the reception when we arrived. He answered all our questions with patience and good suggestions. Our room was very spacious and had all the appointments and necessities. Most importantly, the quality of the spring water which was supplied to our bathroom was excellent.

The pools at this hotel are absolutely perfect for hot spring enthusiasts. Outdoors there is a large warm pool, a small warm pool, and a small hot pool. In the basement there are the same type of pools. Best of all, they are all open 24 hours and all are mixed gender. Many hot spring hotels in Turkey have outdoor pools but they are often luke warm at best. The standard rooms are a bit small but very clean and totally acceptable. One night we booked a half board and the food was good but there are other choices nearby if desired. The staff is very friendly and will do their best to please. This was one of our favorite hotels in Turkey and I can highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates decent mixed gender hot spring facilities.

i love that the pool is 24 hours. plenty of stuff to see and do. the breakfast/dinner is average but theres plenty of cheap places to eat out.

Ahotel that needs some TLC
This hotel needs some TLC and a cleaning regime especially for outside areas. The swimming pool area was disgusting covered in bird droppings as was all the sun loungers.They do have a bird probem with nesting birds but rather than put up a something to stop them the pool area was covered in broken nests.In the room the toilet didnt work initially and the wash basin leaked.

A good place to be
This is a nice small hotel with very friendly and helpful employees. It was clean. Food was good. The hot pool was super after a day of exploring, and the regular pool was warm and lovely to be in. We did not try the inside pool as the weather was great out there. It was quiet but we were at low season. There is a pension located very close by and as we were leaving, the construction for another building, also closely located to the hotel, was underway. The mosque was also close by and the early morning call for prayer is loud. Finally, as often in hotel, the pipes are not sound insulated and you hear the guests upstairs taking showers and flushing toilets. This being said, I would recommend d staying in Pamukkale rather than Denizli as it is a lovely quiet town, with a lot of character. And this hotel is fine. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional hotel
Loved our stay in this hotel and would say it’s 3.5 to 4 stars based on Turkish standards. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The room was so spacious and beds super comfortable. We especially liked the under floor heating and thermal springs bath. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the mini bar fridge in the room is the best I’ve seen in any hotel (kept the drinks super cold). We used the spa facilities which were also very good. The only downside being a large family using the indoor pool in the spa area. They were very noisy which spoilt the relaxation of the hamam and massage. I would have appreciated the spa staff asking them to keep the noise down while there are guests in the spa. Maybe something to consider putting in place for future. The location of this hotel is also very good being very close to the centre and several eating places within 2-3 minutes walk. I was delighted with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

렌터카 이용해서 도리어 여기가 더 좋았다. 방문환영차 음료도 주고 좋았다. 근데 오렌지가루 풀어놓은듯한 음료여서 아쉬웠다.방에 과일도 비치해주어 좋았다. 따뜻한 온천풀장이 있어 만족스러웠다. 그러나 맛사지는 좀 아쉬웠다.

Communication is a nightmare with staff understanding little to no English. Beware !! We agreed on a price for a hammam bath and massage , 90 min for 120 lira, but was only done for 60 min, even though it was given to us in writing, on a note (attached). When we inquired reason, the reception staff never assisted or never understood. All they said was sorry. The male staff receptionist was quite embarrassed by what he saw and offered to pay us back some money from his own pocket, which i refused to take, coz it was not his fault. But overall , great hotel, good staff. Poor management.

Clean, modern rooms. However, my main issue was that basically none of the staff speak English. When I checked in, the lady at reception had to FaceTime a coworker who spoke a bit of English. Very hard to communicate / ask for anything. As well, my room wasn’t cleaned over the duration of my two night stay. Little bit far from Pamukkale travertines/Hierapolis, but I had a car so no issue for me. Overall, I thought it was a bit expensive for the service and location, especially compared to other places I’ve stayed in Turkey so far.

What a fantastic place
What a beautiful spa centre! It was a complete surprise. The breakfast was complete however fresh bread is needed. The room was very clean and modern and all facilities there! I wished I stayed more days!

Özellikle 3 yıldızlı olması acaba kötü müdür sorusu kafamda oluşmuştu ancak gidip konakladıktan sonra aslında 4 yıldızı kesinlikle hakkediyor. Sanırım oda sayısından dolayı 3 yıldız ama konfor ve kalite 5 olmasa bile 4. Girişte bizi karşılayan resepsiyon görevlisi Ozan Bey (ismini yanlış hatırlıyor olabilirim kusura bakmasın lütfen) çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar çok temiz, ferah ve yeniydi. Havuzlar temizdi. Küçük olmasına rağmen doluluğu kaldırıyor. Açık havuzun ısıtmalı oluşu ve 24 saat açık olması çok büyük artı oluşturdu gözümde. Gece 2 derecede havuza girmek güzel bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltısı öyle aman aman değildi ama beklentinizi düşük tutarsanız problem olmaz. Kısaca güzeldi ve tekrara geleceğim. Teşekkür ederim.

Temizliği güzel. Odaları güzel. Aile için uygun bir yer. Sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı da güzel. Tek puan özellikle termal havuzların çok küçük olmasından kırılabilir onun dışında tavsiye ederim.
