"Villa Toscana" is a spacious and luxurious three-story villa offering a vacation rental experience in Denia, Spain. With a private 380 m2 property, it boasts a well-manicured and beautiful garden with wildlife, trees, and a seasonal swimming pool (3 x 7 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, available from January 1st to December 31st) featuring an internal staircase. The villa also offers amenities like an outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, pergola, and a roofed barbecue area, along with parking facilities on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa's outdoor spaces are truly remarkable, with a large, well-kept garden that combines natural beauty with wildlife and trees. The highlight is the seasonal swimming pool, measuring 3 x 7 meters with a depth ranging from 110 to 180 cm, accessible via an internal staircase. For added relaxation, you can enjoy the outdoor shower and hot tub while taking in the scenic surroundings. The patio and pergola offer shaded seating areas, while the roofed barbecue house provides a perfect spot for alfresco dining.  
  
Other Information  
Conveniently located in a quiet and sunny position within the resort, the villa is just 2.5 km from the center of Denia and 2 km from the sea and beach. Nearby amenities include a supermarket 1.5 km away, a restaurant within 650 m, and a bar and café only 550 m from the property. Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups for this holiday rental.

The villa's prime location offers easy access to various attractions and amenities. The sandy "Marineta Casiana" beach is just 2 km away, perfect for beach days and water activities. Unit Layout  
You will have a 6-room villa that spans across 3 levels, covering an area of 200 square meters. The villa features a living/dining room with satellite TV, and an exit leading to a patio and swimming pool. One room is equipped with 2 beds (each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the same level. On the upper floor, you'll find another room with a french bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, along with an exit to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is furnished with beautiful and cosy furnishings, making it an ideal vacation destination. Outside, you'll have access to a terrace with furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs. Other amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge. The villa also features air conditioning in select rooms.
