House located on a slight slope with a beautiful garden of palm trees, bougainvilleas, oleanders, and green area next to the 4x10m swimming pool with Roman stairs and barbecue (according to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1 to October 15). In the 3-story house, on the middle floor, we find a large living-dining room with TV/SAT and exit to the terrace with sea view and descent to the pool, there is also a small toilet. A modern open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave, with exit to a small terrace behind the house. A double bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a toilet and a full bathroom, a double bedroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Exit to the terrace with sea view. In the hallway of the upper floor, we find an air conditioning unit facing the 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, there is a room with the washing machine and a large living room with a refrigerator, sink, and a bathroom. Additionally, the entrance to the 5th bedroom is located here, which can also be rented. It consists of two single beds and a wardrobe, which otherwise remains closed.
The house could be used by up to 10 people. There is a terrace next to the pool, parking for one car in the fenced plot, more cars can be parked in front of the house. The beach is 4km away, the supermarket is 3km away, bars/restaurants are 2km away. A car is needed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
