  • Summary:

    Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Snowater condo with a fun bunk room and cozy, brand new queen bed. Indulge in fireside chats near the fireplace or sip on your morning coffee (provided by a local roaster) on your private balcony. Plus, enjoy access to Snowater's resort amenities including Saunas, Pools, Hot tubs, play areas and much more.



    The Space:

    Welcome to the Riversong Retreat at Snowater!



    This special retreat brings the outdoor in with its forest views and lots of natural light through the oversized living room windows. Located near the Nooksack River and bordering the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, this modern condo is just steps from your next adventure, from traversing the rugged peaks at Mt. Baker to swimming in nearby alpine lakes.



    The Riversong Retreat offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the floorplan allows for the perfect modern family mountain basecamp.



    Top Floor



    The top floor master bedroom has a Queen size bed and vaulted ceilings with a wall open to the living room below.  Just around the corner from the top floor master is a full bathroom and laundry center.



    Main Floor



    The main floor is home to the 2nd kids' room with twin bunk beds, plenty of games and a flatscreen smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channel (Note: Internet service is DSL and limited).  The lower bedroom is cozy and compact with a sloped ceiling an no windows.  Just outside the lower bedroom, and in the main hallway is a full bathroom with tub and shower.  Also on the main level is a living room with vaulted ceilings, leather furniture and a smart TV (and DVD player) for streaming movies.   The nearby kitchen is open to the living room and has new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances and all the accessories you'll need for making a great meal after a day in the mountains.



    Located on 20 riverfront acres, Snowater Community Club has may outdoor amenities to offer both owners and guests.  With two clubhouses, each with their own heated pools and Jacuzzi hot tubs, families can enjoy indoor activities year-round.  The clubhouses have a children's playroom with toys, a game room with billiards & ping pong, a workout room with exercise machines, indoor Basketball, Squash and Racquetball courts and more.  All equipment is provided in the facilities.



    Enjoy the outdoors



    Snowater outdoors has multiple playgrounds, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts (seasonal), trails along the river, Gas fire pit, BBQ's for grilling your favorite food and a covered gazebo for outdoor social time and meals.



    Pet Policy: DOGS only  permitted (no cats or other pets) maximum 2. $35 per pet/per night



    * Pack-n-play and highchair available upon request.



    *Snowater Resort has four EV chargers available for owners and guests. This is offered for a $10/per charge fee. Please arrange use of the charger with the Snowater Resort office.



    *Please be advised that the Snowater Community does not allow for Air Conditioners to be installed in units, therefore A/C is not available in this rental.

Beautiful, clean and tastefully furnished condo, very cozy and welcoming! We loved the property, the pool and hot tub and will be happy to go back in the summer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Highly recommend!

We did not receive check-in instructions the day before arrival, and there is absolutely zero cell phone coverage in the entire town, so we were unable to get those instructions until the office was almost closed. After snowboarding all day, we had to go to a local restaurant to use their Wi-Fi in order to access the instructions that were only sent the afternoon of check-in. That is far too late to safely. Allow one to check in when the office closes at five and there is no other way to enter the rental. Secondly, the Wi-Fi password that we were given was completely wrong, so even after we checked in and entered the building, we had no Internet access or ability to communicate with anybody since there is no cell service in town or at the facility. The location was perfect, the amenities were fabulous, but the communication and check-in procedures were unsafe and terribly inconvenient. Very stressful, and not how you want to spend your vacation. If you rent from them, make sure they send you the check-in instructions at least 48 hours before you arrive in that town. I would’ve thought they would know better.

Great getaway to relax and ski

Everything was as described on the website. Great space for a small family, we were two adults and a child. Personally, I think it would be a bit tight for more people with all the ski gear as there isn't much storage space. Loved the fireplace and how quickly the space warmed up, the surrounding area was beautiful, and having access to a pool and hot tub was a just perfect after skiing during the day.

Great Stay

We stayed at Riversong for a weekend ski trip to Mt Baker. The location was the best you can get since no other rentals are further up that highway. Nice little condo with a fireplace and full galley style kitchen. The clubhouse was right next door with pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong and racquetball court. Probably come back next year.

This was a great little place, my only complaint would be the room was unbearably hot and the wifi wasn’t great at all and we had some complications where we needed to contact the property management and it was a struggle, as there’s no service either. (Which is totally fine when you know what you’re doing!) Otherwise, cute, clean, comfortable and very well taken care of. Would highly recommend.

A very nice weekend away!

We had a fantastic time playing in the snow and swimming in the condo’s pool. The condo was nicely renovated and cozy to hang out in, thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Amazing place and extremely helpful in difficult situations!

The property was amazing! The place was comfortable and on top of it, they have a swimming pool, plus other activities in their club house. The location of it was also really good, since it's so close to Mt. Baker. The day we checked-out it had rained so much and the road was closed due to flooding. Tara was amazing in communicating with us and letting us stay an extra night. They also provided us with information on where to get more groceries and where to look up road closures. It was a relief having them as our hosts, really helpful - especially when having two small kids and a dog with us! Thanks for everything!

A great weekend getaway!

This property was the perfect set up for our family of four and our two dogs. The home itself was lovely except for the broken washer and drier. The location is exceptional, right next to the pool and club house and easy access to the trails. The only negative of our stay was at check in when the lock box code didn’t work. Fortunately we were able to reach staff after hours and get into the property after only a 20 minute delay. Truly a wonderful experience with this rental. We plan on returning soon!

Cozy Modern Clean and so much fun

We loved staying at this condo! It’s a perfect place to stay when skiing at Baker. Everything was perfect - loved the tonys coffee and small details that went into the stay. The only negative is that the washer/dryer needed repair. Completely perfect otherwise and can’t wait to come back one day. Thank you for making our stay so amazing. The grounds at snowater are stunning to walk around and kids loved the pool.
