"Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."

"The room was spacious and clean. We had a little difficulty right after checking in, but everything ended up fine and one day this event will be funny. We left our luggage and car keys in our room and then went to eat. When we returned from eating, our card key would not work. We could not get in touch with the leasers, but when we contacted Hotels.com, the issue was worked through quickly. We were issued a new key and everything else went smoothly. The key issue wouldn't have been a real issue if we had not been "freezing". Our jackets were also locked in our room with no access to get in. So...we were out in the cold without jackets and no way to get into our car. To complicate matters even, more my phone was past the red on my cell battery. Luckily the issue was resolved quickly. Fortunately my phone didn't die until we were on the elevator back to our room. I would definitely stay here again."

"Super comfortable, home-like feel, perfect for cooking and relaxing after hiking and skiing- both of which are close. Great market close by with a good selection of great wine. Ate at the weberstube pizza place next to the spar grocery store. Easy drive to get to the biathlon center for the dolomitenlauf and skiing! Convenient to visit Maria Luggau. "

"Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean."
