You will have access to the entire cabin (except the garage and cleaning/storage closets) including the 20 acres it sits on.
Other things to note
Once you leave the paved road, it is about 1.5 miles to the cabin up a gravel county and private road, winding and narrow in places. During inclement weather or icy conditions, chains or 4W drive may be needed. Lots of flat gravel/grass parking and space to turn around in front of the cabin.
