« Daniel's cottage is spacious (certainly for one person), clean, and well located, just a short walk into town or to the beach. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and everything went smoothly. Beach badges a major plus! Would definitely stay there again. »

« This was our second stay at the cottage and it was as great as our first. The space is well designed with all amenities, and we enjoyed sitting on the outside mini porch for morning coffee or an early evening drink. The location is convenient. Hope to return again. »

« Just wrapped up 2 week stay. The cottage was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Dawn and Kevin were great hosts and, honestly, made me feel like I was a close friend or relative staying at their place. They provide everything you could want or need so stop at the cottage first before doing your first shopping. Great location and fun little town. I didn’t need a car the entire time. « Four senior men (in our sixties) men spent 4 nights We were on a group tennis trip and played tennis 3 strait days. House was very comfortable and clean Can only park two cars which was fine for us. Very easy to get to the SeaBright/Rumson area as well as highlands. Restaurants were close. « The seaside cottage was centrally located for my Christmas visit with friends. To my surprise there was everything that I could possible need to cook and there was a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a note welcoming me to the host’s home and a booklet with the has pictures and guidance for my stay. I choose this for the fact I could have my dog but was surprised by the extras. Will stay here again while I am visiting friends and family. »

« Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space. »

« We spent an amazing week at the cottage. although the weather didn’t cooperate for the first few days of our trip, once it cleared up we enjoyed being within walking distance of belmar beach and a short drive away from Asbury Park, one of our favorite places. Kelli and Jim are amazing hosts; they are extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. We look forward to staying there again soon! »

« While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. But no pillow cases on pillows, just shams. Even after we called to inquire, the "welcomer" said he...

« The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!! »

« The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors. »
