The five kids loved the bunk room, game room, and spent hours in the garage playing ping pong. The adults thoroughly enjoyed the deck with fireplace every night, and having each couple get a king bed and en-suite was perfect for our group. We explored the area each day - especially loving the waterfalls in Spearfish Canyon - and came home each night to a well stocked kitchen. The home was clean. The amenities were great. Plenty of garbage bags, laundry detergent, towels, etc. The hot tub was also utilized and enjoyed. We didn’t use the Clubhouse but did stop and feel the temp of the outside pool - would have been great. The only concern we had was the downstairs was cooler than we would have liked. I contacted the property manager and was told to close the upper floor vents to force more heat downstairs- they were mostly closed and that didn’t help a lot. The kids still enjoyed the game room - they just put on more clothes. It probably didn’t help we were there during a cold snap of below 0 weather. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! Overall, we would certainly choose this property again if we were planning to ski again at Terry Peak. ##### Marcy S. It's a beautiful setting, the rooms are large and beautifully decorated, there's lots of seating. If you have an infant, there is a highchair, two porta cribs, and a baby gate. We spent most of our down time on the porch though--the sectional couch and fireplace just draw you out there. The large table and chairs on the porch were also a great hang out space. Apparently they are putting in a larger swimming pool, but the current one is pretty small. Budi, the property manager, is very responsive.
