This cosy 1-bedroom apartment in Texel is ideal for couples or small families looking for a beachside retreat. Located near the centre of De Koog, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a practical layout with a living room that includes a double sofa bed and TV, an open kitchen equipped with a kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, and a bedroom with either a double bed or two singles. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Central heating ensures comfort year-round. The accommodation offers direct access to a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, and garden furniture, making it a pleasant spot to relax after a day of island activities. Family-friendly amenities like a microwave and comfortable dining/living area make daily routines easy and convenient. Guests can enjoy on-site services in Dutch, English, French, and Arabic, and pets may be allowed upon request. Perfectly situated for exploring Texel, the apartment is a 15-minute walk from Dunes of Texel National Park and a short drive from Ecomare, VVV Texel, and the famous Vuurtorenweg Texel Beach. Restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Maritime & Beachcombers Museum and the Dutch Navy Museum are easily accessible. Public transport options include Den Helder and Anna Paulowna stations, making the location well-connected for a laid-back holiday. Please note: Reservations for guests under the age of 25 are only permitted if they are accompanied by their parents. Access to the property will be denied if this condition is not met. Note: - Due to a technical issue, the sauna is currently closed until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience. - This holiday park is fireworks-free - setting off fireworks of any kind is prohibited on New Year’s Eve. The park conducts checks to enforce this. However, there is a possibility of fireworks being set off in the surrounding area.  
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Die Einrichtung ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt abgenutzt. Unsere Wohnung wurde sehr verschmutzt übergeben( Tierhaare auf dem Schlafsofa massiv vorhanden, Fußleisten verdreckt, Geschirr mit Schmutzrändern belegt und die Abflüsse im Nassbereich rochen streng), es musste komplett nachgereinigt werden und war dann immer noch nicht zufriedenstellend. In dem Zustand ist die Einrichtung nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

#### Kurz Aufenthalt 

Das Apartment war für insgesamt vier Personen angegeben. Wir waren zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene und ein klein Kind plus Hund. Ein Aufenthalt mit vier Erwachsenen wäre furchtbar gewesen aufgrund des sehr überschaubaren Raums. Es gab eine Schlafcouch die entweder Ihre bestens Zeiten hinter sich hatte oder aber von minderwertiger Qualität war. Die Schränke waren im oberen Bereich nicht gesäubert (Mohnsamen waren zahlreiche vorhanden). Auch wurde nicht nicht auf die Beseitigung von Staub wert gelegt. Die Betten sind ziemlich unbequem. Die Lage ist super, die Rezeption sehr freundlich! Wenn man seinen Urlaub spontan verlängern möchte ist es dort für eon paar Tage auszuhalten.
