"The room was surprisingly big. But the standard is what it is. Either way, we didn’t receive towels in our room. When we asked for towels, we were told to wait for housekeeping the next morning. Also when we asked the hotel to call us a taxi, they told us to just go out on the street and pick up one. Not happy with the service."
"The hotel refused to provide airport transfer in both cases I requested it, and the gym is under "reconstruction" (i.e. not available). Rooms are dirty and poorly maintained. Safety was a concern, as well: the deadbolt lock didn't work and I even came back to the room once to find my door open, as (presumably) the cleaning staff did not close it properly. Not a great location, but it could be worse."
