« Shower didn't drain well. Shower handle was hard to figure out to get desired temperature. We enjoyed use of the kayaks and the dock. We loved having a sandy beach and fire pit. TV was very nice for watching the Olympics. Overall, the house and outdoor area met our needs very well. »

« The guest house is something out of a hgtv dream. The heated floors were amazing on a chilly day. The property is quiet and secluded. This is the perfect quiet place to stay when doing nothing or heading to Duluth or other northern activities. I don't really have a reason to come back to MN, but I want to invent one to come back to this little slice of heaven! »

« Very quiet location, very little movement on the lake by boats or water fowl. The area was large enough for lawn games. We spent 95 percent of our time out doors. The owner was very responsive when questions arise. We loved sitting around the bonfire and looking at the lake »

« The host is excellent and accommodating. The property was cute and the description was accurate. The property was very well done and located close to town. The only complaint which has nothing to do with the host is the proximity to the fright train. It runs all day and all night and sounds the horn since it is located near a railroad crossing. »

« Beautiful home with all amenities in an idyllic setting. Everything was perfect! Large kitchen, large dining room table, comfy living room, comfortable beds and bedding, and a wonderful backyard space with a lake view, bbq, and a lovely greenbelt. Will definitely be back! »

« Stayed with a group of 14 adults. We played boardgames all weekend in the large craft room, which was amazing. The house was very well maintained, clean, and stocked with various niceties to make your stay easy. Overall a great place to stay. Our primary critique was the beds, these are all normal twin beds, so anyone over 6 foot is going to be very uncomfortable sleeping in them. They were relatively comfortable though if you fit. Other than that, there are a lot of rules / notes /...

« The property is very nice, lake is very quiet. Very relaxing week. We ventured to Amnicon Falls State Park and Pattison State Park for hiking. Did a 12 mile kayak trip on Brule river and went to Duluth for a day. All are eady drives from the house. »
