« We were so pleasantly surprised by the accommodations in this home. The owner clearly went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met. Whether it was games for the kids, extra blankets for the beds, toiletries that may be needed in a plethora of coffee accessories for the coffee lovers like ourselves. Owner was very responsive when we could not figure out the Internet situation and would reply to messages immediately. Would definitely stay there again and hoping to book in the near future! »

« Overall, this was a nice place to stay. My kids really enjoyed the air hockey and retro video games. Another plus is that this inside a resort and minutes from starved rock entrance. There are 3 actual beds and two air mattresses. This worked fine for our family but I’m not sure that is clear on the listing. Main complaint is that the sofa is not comfortable and could use replacing. The host was responsive and made check in easy. I would recommend this place and would stay there again. »

« Five stars because it worked for our needs. I was a little surprised it was in a condo complex with a bunch of other places right next to it. That wasn’t obvious to me in the listing. The kitchen had basics but not overly easy if you’re trying to cook all meals there. There wasn’t a can opener so we bought one. Just a note also they don’t provide any shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. It worked for our needs but we had to run to the store for a few things. »

« We had a great time with our family and got lots of use out of the pool and we also brought our bikes and went to the nearby park. The neighborhood is gorgeous! The only disappointment about our stay was that there was no hot water in the house, so we were unable to bathe us or our children. Not a horrible deal for us for two nights, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. »
