Rooms where a little small but was not expecting a massive room in a great area in the middle of Tokyo. Great location, Quick walk to great authentic shopping and awesome little food stops. Hotel location is just far enough to not hear any noise from busy streets but close enough to get to those areas with a quick stroll. Highly recommend this hotel we had a great comfortable stay. "

"Room was incredibly clean and cleaned daily. I didn’t mind it, but in case someone else does, the private room we had, the bathroom had a step that was about a foot off the ground. The bed was big enough for two less than 6 feet tall people, but the mattress is a little stiff. Staff were all incredibly helpful and super kind. Hotel has free WiFi, and was very fast. Kitchen area was easy to use and had a lot of accessibility. Overall though, would stay here again as it is a 20 minute walk to Ueno Station. Very accessible!"

"It was great. Location was perfect, not too busy so our kiddo could decompress at the end of long days. Staff was very helpful and made arrangements to have our luggage forwarded to Kyoto. "The location of hotel is excellent. It is close to Ueno park and many museums. This was quite an advantage during the cherry blossom season. There is a central metro station 5 minutes away. The hotel had no air conditioning and the rooms could get stuffy and hot, however, we left the back window viewing to the park open and it was adequate. The regular room cleaning occurs every 3 to 4 days. Some of the staff at the front desk were dismissive (or perhaps untrained) of the questions and requests. The daily breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay. "
