"Just a heads up they will try to sell you a time share for staying here. Also needed to extend our stay by one night due to my husband staying longer at the Mayo Hospital but they do not accept reservations at the location. I was told I had to book using ihg.com and to make sure I booked the same room type so I may stay in the same room. When I went to book another night I realized I had originally booked a standard one bedroom but they put me in a 2 bedroom so costing me more money to stay another night. Property and room are nice, but all the other hassle isn’t worth it. Try to stay on top floor as upstairs noise traveling down to the first floor is very loud especially if someone is a stomper. I will choose differently next time I’m in the area. "

"Great location, easy access to Scottsdale and East Phoenix via major freeways. Staff were 6/5, the nicest people. Property is dated, BUT, they maintain it well and keep the rooms clean. The "garden" and Bocce/cornhole area needs some updating. It was just dirty and dusty when we visited. Overall, it was a nice place to relax by the pool. "

"The homes location and outdoor living was nice. The home itself did not meet our expectations based on the pictures supplied by VRBO and previous guest reviews of the home, and the premium price we paid. The host and management company were very responsive to our concerns; however, most of the issues brought to their attention could not be addressed during our stay. This property is in need of updates and maintenance. "

"This was my 3rd or 4th time staying here. Love this hotel. It’s more modern than your average Hilton. The hotel is beautiful and the pool is Amazing! Desert Pony Tavern is the restaurant at the hotel; the Food, drinks and dessert is delicious. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Highly recommend! The room prices do vary, which I don’t like; one night it can be $260 and the next $730."
