« Place is nice! Nothing fancy. We were visiting our son and grandson and just need a place to sleep. This place served that purpose. It could use some updating but for the reason we were there it worked well. The host was very nice and responded to any questions quickly. If you are looking for a place without any bells and whistles, then this place will be a great choice! There is a pool for use, but we ended up not using. The only complaint that I have is the shower did not have great...

« The Half is beautiful on the inside as well as the outdoor spaces ( upper deck and lower pool area ). Brian is an amazing host who provided everything needed for the perfect getaway for my family and our dog. Brian spoiled us with an amazing choice of delicious homemade breakfasts delivered to our door each morning. The location is great and the neighborhood is beautiful. « Another 21 day work stay. After 9-10 hour days, I enjoyed relatively quiet nights, I was able to park almost every night in front of the property. Convienience to grocery store and several fast food restaurants close by. Due to no parking in the driveway, humping my personal crates, cooler, etc, was a pain but not unbearable. Host was very responsive to an electronic issue which was resolved next day promply by a professional hired by the host. Overall, I would stay again. »

« We enjoyed the property and everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed having coffee together in the private yard. The kitchen had a full size range and refrigerator. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, glassware and pots and pans. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were more than adequate. The home is on a quiet street and the area felt safe. Thank you to the host for making the home inviting and comfortable. »

« This cottage is the perfect location in Delray. Cozy and clean. The cottage was well equipped. Mindi was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. This is a great option for a couple. We stayed here with our dog for a week and we’re not disappointed. »
