"The establishment was okay overall and reasonable for the price. The room was clean and the location made it easy to find places nearby for dinner. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. Parking was a real issue — although it’s meant to be one vehicle per room, several spots were taken up by trailers, and one vehicle with a trailer managed to occupy six spaces. The car park was completely full by 6pm. The hallways were noisy throughout the night, and the bed was extremely firm, almost like sleeping on the floor. Not one of the better stays I’ve had."

"I use a wheelchair and found the doorways and corridors a little narrow. The coffee and tea were on a high shelf The electric jug was in a cupboard at well above head height- no good for me. The contactless check-in was ok. But the external access door was big and heavy and kept trying to close on me. The room door was the same. They had an excellent bathroom and the toilet seat not too low. They say you can order breakfast via sms on their web site but it doesn’t work you actually have to go to the restaurant to order ROOM SERVICE"

"I arrived at midnight after more than 22 hours of flights and the hotel was perfect. The staff were helpful, the hotel was quiet and was located a two minute walk from the airport. The room was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable."

"Had everything you needed for a short stay.My room had a balcony which was very nice. Great to sit out there in the morning with a cuppa and the evening with a wine. Close to Doomben train station and both racetracks if you’re visiting for the horse racing. Easy walking distance to both"
