Room service dropped off new towls and maybe took the trash out but the bed was not made the whole four night stay an no new soap the whole time. Not that big a deal compared to how clean and nice the property was but just something i noticed

I am extremely disappointed with this property. I booked two rooms for my staff members and one room had a gigantic cockroach in it. The rooms also had heavy bleach smells and were not clean. Both my staff members complained and stated they refused to stay in the rooms due to the poor conditions. ...
