Facing east. Composition: an entrance hall with closet, a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Main room with fitted kitchen (combination oven, refrigerator with freezer, 2 induction hobs, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster), living/dining room (TV), French doors opening onto a balcony (east), and a wooden staircase leading to the mezzanine. On the mezzanine, one 140cm double bed and two single beds, French doors with a balcony (east). The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. Ski locker and parking at the foot of the residence. No smoking. No pets. From winter 2025/2026: cleaning is included and mandatory.
