Modern Mountain Home , W/ Hot tub and Air-Con
Modern 3 Bedroom reversed living house, with the kitchen, dining and lounge rooms on the top floor to take advantage of the views.
Located 15 minutes walk to downtown Fernie, 7 minutes walk to Supermarket and Liquor store, and 10 minutes drive to Fernie Alpine Resort. Centrally located to all mountain bike trails.
The kitchen is very spacious, with a large peninsula counter which is great for entertaining, the pantry and fridge are stocked with a lot of the staples, simply replace what you use.

The upstairs is an open concept space, and the lounge has comfortable seating, smart tv with Netflix, Sonos and Wifi throughout the house.
The spacious Master bedroom, has its own 3 piece en-suite, with a double rainfall head shower, for those who like company in the shower.
There is ski/snow board storage along with boot and glove dryers located in the front entry. There are also 4 pairs of snowshoes for your use. Mountain bike storage is in a locked garage.
During the summer months there is a 700 square-foot deck above the garage for you to entertain, relax and enjoy the views privately.
My Wife and two young daughters live in the basement suite. We have a completely separate entrance and separate parking and there is no interior connection between the two spaces. All the floors have been soundproofed so you never hear us either. All exterior amenities such as hot tub and deck are for the guests alone, these are not shared with us.
Preference is given to longer stays. Accordingly, there is a 2 Night minimum for all bookings more than two weeks in advance.

Our trip and stay in Fernie was absolutely wonderful. The view of the mountains from inside the house was spectacular, the house itself was beautiful and immaculate, everything was very well stocked, and we were so comfortable during our week stay! Has an excellent experience in Fernie at this home, close to Elk River and walking trails. Only a few blocks from the highway. Well equipped, modern appliances and amazing views from the upper deck
We have stayed here before and will do so again. Location is within walking distance of the river, parks and downtown district. Immaculately clean and comfortable with a spacious second story deck. All the amenities you could want including a very well-stocked kitchen. Owner is super easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
This lovely home has truly outstanding views. The kitchen was well outfitted and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great and prompt. Master bedroom mattress was a little firm for my liking. Our family with 2 teens loved having their own space and lovely big beds. Highly recommend.

This is our second rental of this home. Centrally located and very clean. The layout is perfect for vacations with a great room upstairs and the bedrooms located downstairs. It is very well appointed and has an exceptional kitchen and outdoor deck. The owner is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommended.
We can not say enough good things about the property. It is spacious with the most amazing views. It has a big dinning room table which was perfect not only eating but was also the perfect table for playing games on. I would highly recommend this house.
Wonderful house in a quiet, yet central, part of Fernie
My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this property. The owner, David, is very helpful and responsive to all our questions and queries. The house is super comfortable and very well equipped. It is located on a quiet side street on the outskirts of downtown Fernie. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and other facilities within walking distance or a very short drive (under 5 minutes) away. The mountain is under 10 minutes away.

The kitchen, dining living space with the gorgeous views was really nice. The hot tub was an added bonus! We were welcomed with a thoughtful gift. It is a bit of a hike to downtown but we enjoyed the walk and the beautiful Fall colors.
We had a great time here in early June. The home is fantastic, very well furnished, comfortable, very clean and amazing mountain views! David was also a great host and communicated very well. We would definitely stay here again.
David was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful welcome gift . The home had everything you could want and more . It was well stocked with all the essentials. The views from the living area were absolutely breathtaking . The only issue I had was ,leaving. We wish we could of stayed longer .
We loved this house. Loved that the living/dining room/ kitchen were all upstairs! Beautiful windows with panoramic view of the mountains. House stocked with everything you need or might have forgotten for your stay. Huge deck and private hot tub. We loved that all the rooms were on main level away from the entertaining area. The owners were super helpful and very quick to reply if we had any questions. Would love to go back !

We (4 adults) had a wonderful time in Fernie. The ski resort was all that we expected even if we didn't get any powder. It was wonderful to come home to the hot tub, take a glass of wine while cooking supper all the while enjoying the superb view. The kitchen is extremely well equiped and large enough so that the 4 of us could lend a hand withouth stepping on each other's toes. We really enjoyed the top floor open concept (kitchen, dining room and living room). We also appreciated the ski boot dryers. The house was sparkling clean and stocked with the basic necessities and very nice extras (toilet paper, dishwasher soap, really nice soap and lotion in the bathrooms, tons of towels, ...). You will not regret your stay in this beautiful house.
