« Had a very pleasant week at “Sun and Ski” in early August! The host was very responsive, check-in was very easy, and the home was in very tidy and clean condition upon arrival. The house is well stocked with linens and other needs, including spices and kitchen-ware, coffeemakers for both ground coffee and K-cups. « This cozy, beautifully decorated and organized cottage had everything I needed for my short term rental with my dog Sophie. It was spotless, probably one of the cleanest homes I’ve seen, and provided a comfortable stay with a well equipped kitchen, WiFi TV and AC. The cottage is close to other homes, but it’s a peaceful and quiet area. The few neighbors I encountered were very friendly. I would definitely return to this lovely home. »

« We had an excellent stay at this home. We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone - enough bedrooms and seats at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and volleyball court. The view of the mountain was spectacular. The only downsides were some bugs, difficulty closing/opening the deck doors, and no direct creek access from the yard. Otherwise, no complaints! »

« Fantastic place - amazing location right on main street but it leads out back to a private yard with an amazing view of the mountains. Inside is set up with amazing places to hang out and relax. Fully renovated kitchen. Lots of attention to detail makes this a really lovely location, can't recommend enough. »

« We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our group — great location, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed (including several items I don’t usually keep in my own kitchen). The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space was cozy and well-maintained. It was a great place for 12 of us to gather, relax, and celebrate. We especially enjoyed the wraparound porch — a lovely spot to sit outside, whether in the sun or shade. There were plenty of seating options...

« I cant say enough about this property, its owner and its manager. It is beautiful and so comfortable. We ended up getting into a motorcycle accident on our way out east and we needed somewhere to rest for a few days. We couldnt of found a better place to do so. The beds and furniture were so comfortable that we hated to leave. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with is. We hope to return some day and ride the Catskills »

« Could not have been any happier with our stay. Dans place was clean as a pin and exactly as described in the listing. There was a very minor plumbing issue that Dan made us aware of prior to arrival ( waiting on a part to repair a leaky shower) , other than that the house was in tip top shape. Having the pool was a treat after a hike @ Kaaterskill Falls. Lots of good dining options nearby ( Prospect @ Scribner next store was excellent!) .
