Comfortable lounge with tv and dvd player, central dining table and well equipped kitchen with electric cooking microwave and dishwasher. WiFi is available. Access the deck area, with dining setting and BBQ, through the lounge room. There are 3 bedrooms - the master bedroom with queen bed has en-suite bathroom and walk in robe. The other 2 bedrooms both have tri-bunks (single on top and double on the bottom) making lots of of beds for the family. The laundry has washing machine and ironing facilities. The double lock up garage is available for use and the small garden area is fully fenced. This property is not Pet Friendly. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. Disappointing you need to go agent to get keys and drop off keys. Slow on email responses, had to call to confirm, no email only text on check out instructions which would not open correctly on phone, had to copy link into a computer to read.
