"Warm and inviting, just wish the staff was more responsive to the guests needs and requests."

"Owner and Care taker are accommodating and fast to response but the room needs to have a full renovation and the apliances needs to be replaced. During the first night, had issues with the bed sheets and it was changed immediately the next day which was really appreciated. It would also be nice if tissue,handsoap etc was included but there was none as well. The aircondition was loud. "

"Very helpful staff. Great central location close to Ayala Mall, plenty of places to eat and shops. If you are going to spend a few days in Tagaytay this is a great place to stay. Great restaurant with excellent food but the standard breakfast are huge. "

"Stay was excellent on this beautiful clean villa. Staff was courteous and very helpful. One thing I recommend is either providing thicker beddings and/or blankets since the temperature gets cold especially at night. Overall we plan to stay again sometime soon👍😊"

"Hotel is potentially great but unfortunately a few things were broken such as the safe, phone etc and the water was sometimes cold. There was also a smell of sewage. I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi was freezing cold. Reception cited maintenance issues but they were fobbing me off. I asked to speak to the manager every day about these issues but I was told they are unavailable. On the last night I got upgrated to a bigger room but I feel that I didn’t get value for money and the manager failed to address or even speak to me about my concerns. Otherwise the room was nice & clean and the breakfast buffet was simple but pleasant. Lots of crew available who are pleasant but they were unable to do anything regarding numerous issues. "
