We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 51 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests and a baby. Situated on the ground floor of a duplex, it comprises a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. A cot and high chair are provided. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 19 m² living room with unobstructed views, featuring a TV, sofa beds (sleeps 3) and a dining area that seats 7 guests.
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and 4 hotplates...
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed.
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet.

Outside:
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- A small balcony of approximately 1m² upstairs.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a cot and a high chair.
