Large villa with private swimming pool located close to Cortona and many of Tuscany’s most famous attractions such as Arezzo, Siena, Pienza and Montepulciano.
The property is composed of 2 apartments that are internally linked and are rented together, easily welcoming a group of up to 13 guests – the ideal rental for a family reunion or for a group of friends on holiday.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool, fenced and reserved for the exclusive use of guests; there is also a barbecue and a large gazebo furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Between the gazebo and the swimming pool there is a bathroom with a shower.
The owners (kind and friendly people) live in a house a few dozen meters from the villa and they are available if needed or for suggestions on what to see and do in the area or where to go to experience the best of Tuscan cuisine.
Available to guests: large garden with gazebo and furnished area with barbecue private and fenced swimming pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth 1.7 m); shower (with hot and cold water) next to the pool, outdoor bathroom with shower close to the swimming pool. The villa has Wi-Fi internet connection, 2 children’s cots, air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living area. There is a laundry room with washing machine and drier and parking provided at the property.
