"Close to Hospital. Front desk staff was friendly n helpful. Erica the cleaning lady was great and made sure I had everything I needed for my 2 week stay.

"The beds were uncomfortable and the king room we had booked was unavailable when we arrived. The clerk said that we could get a room with 2 "queen" beds for free since they messed up the reservation, but after contacting Expedia, they still charged us. I hate leaving a negative review but this was a truly terrible hotel.
