Great location and clean property overall. Customer service, however, was very poor. It took multiple calls and emails to get the information I needed in order to locate and to access the property, and as a result, we sat and waited for over an hour and a half. Speaking to anyone face-to-face was not an option, as the office was closed due to covid. A sign on the door noted unapologetically in capital letters "WE WILL NOT OPEN THIS DOOR." What a warm welcome. The next day, I sent an email asking about how to get wristbands for the pool. They chose not to respond...ever...the entire week we were there. Quite a contrast to how punctual they were when it came to charging my credit card. The washing machine did not work when we first arrived. It was obvious that it had not worked for some time, since we found unspent detergent capsules in the drum and in the tray. I did not even bother calling the management company, because their service is so poor. Instead, I fixed it myself. There were zero extra rolls of toilet paper. We had to buy our own, and made sure to leave some behind for the next victims, I mean visitors. The check-in sheet claimed I had a tandem parking space. That was false. Some units had those, but not ours. We had one. To top it off, our parking space had a fence which was about 3” from the edge of the space. I could not open the rear door of my pickup when parked there. And trying to physically squeeze through that gap was not fun. We ended up parking in an unassigned space farther away from our unit. The wifi was weak. The poolside grill was never open. This property has the potential to be a great place to stay, but customer service needs to vastly improve.
