The picture really does not give justice to the incredible view. The grounds are immaculate with tennis courts, recreation areas, children's playground, BBQ Pits, paved walkways to the beach and parking right at your door. This little condo has everything you need for a stay on the beach. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, plenty of kitchenware to make meals and the complex has a boardwalk to the beach right beside this building. It was perfect!

when we got to the condo the air condition was not working .We arrived around 5:30 pm and it was 86 in the room ,I tried to work the ac unit but it didn't. I called Paul and he tried to help. He called a Jim who came out around 9PM and after working with the ac finally got it working. I am grateful to both Paul and Jim to make our stay. The next time I book I want down and out. It was very hard carrying our things up the stairs. If it was not for a young man to help us it would have been a hard time getting to our room. other than that all was well .Do you give discounts to vets and seniors.

The place is clean (except for the oven which smoked a lot just when we preheated it) and stocked with anything you might need. The view and access to the beach is perfect! So close to being perfect, it just needs some love. For example: The lack of working locks on the doors was a concern. The chain lock at the front is attached to the molding - which we noticed was already coming up. The back door wasn't too bad since we're on the 2nd level. But still no lock just a short metal pole I guess for wedging in the door frame. Also the curtain rod was hanging on for dear life. Not sure what happened to it but we were afraid the whole thing would come down. It's a shame too cause that view is gorgeous! Really think the owner should scrap that rod and curtain. It makes the whole room look bad. Get something that opens and can be tied back do people can see that view! Also, these beds are torture. So hard! An egg crate? Mattress topper? Something.

On the beach location was great, however the overall condition of the room was “less than”; ie no toilet paper, food on the floor, window a/c unit very loud, bed frame collapsed on the last night. Overall, disappointing considering the cost.

Perfect Lovation

The unit was clean and comfortable. It is an older building but definitely been upgraded. We were impressed with the kitchen and bathroom upgrade quality. The air conditioner was a standalone as the built in unit wasn’t working. The decor was appropriate for the beach

My sister, her daughter, and grandson stayed here. They said they had a wonderful time. Loved the beach access. Saw dolphins, hermit crabs, and enjoyed the beach and swimming. Nice comfy stay. Hope to return in the future.
