"The women at the desk were really nice. The room was clean and perfectly fine for a budget stay. The only downside is of course it's a "love hotel," so twice during my stay I was woken up by a woman screaming her head off, so you have to be willing to risk that happening. "This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent. The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities. This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that. If this is within your budget, this is a wonderful property. "
