A small fire pit near the hut, perfect for quiet evenings under the stars ✨

A larger fire pit and seating area by the dam (which you can swim in), approximately 200 metres away, ideal for sunsets and relaxed moments to savour 🌅

You will be greeted by a number of horses around the property. Normal care is always recommended around larger animals, but they can be approached and are friendly. Please close any gates you need to walk through.

You will have full and private access to the hut, and are welcome to walk around the grounds outside of the hut towards the dam, or if you`re feeling adventurous the walking tracks which are beyond the fenced paddocks behind the hut.
A refundable security deposit of $350 will be pre-authorised the day before check-out covering damages and unapproved guests. Released within 7 days

An extra guest fee of $40 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests, charged for each night of the stay. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests before arrival.

No smoking anywhere on the property or balcony — a $100 cleaning fee applies.

Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure.

This is an adults only property.

Please take rubbish with you and place in the wheelie bins at the entrance to the property, near the letterbox.

As there are many horses around the hut, please ensure all gates are shut behind you if you choose to walk around the property or to the dam.

This cottage is in a rural environment — while pest management is in place, guests may encounter native wildlife.

Please remove shoes before entering the house.
