Spacious, two-bedroom condo, well-positioned for Sawtell's Main Beach and a five minute walk to the Main Street with its excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The accomodation is well-appointed, with comfortable queen-size beds, bathroom, attractive sitting and dining area for six people. The kitchen is well-equipped, with modern appliances and laundry facilities. My only (small) grumble was the lack of serious heating - as we stayed in June, evenings could be chilly, although the owner supplied two fan heaters for the duration of our stay. Séjour de 5 nuits en juin 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Gaven W. 10 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté Fantastic location, very modern decor everything we needed for a weeks stay, beds very comfortable but could do with some heating, we found the nights a tad cool, and shower was fantastic and roomy but possible heat light needed for winter nights, we stayed in June.
