Spacious, two-bedroom condo, well-positioned for Sawtell's Main Beach and a five minute walk to the Main Street with its excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The accomodation is well-appointed, with comfortable queen-size beds, bathroom, attractive sitting and dining area for six people. The kitchen is well-equipped, with modern appliances and laundry facilities. My only (small) grumble was the lack of serious heating - as we stayed in June, evenings could be chilly, although the owner supplied two fan heaters for the duration of our stay. The property is an absolute gem, located opposite the beautiful Sawtell beach. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it a breeze to prepare meals. The bathroom is equally impressive, with contemporary fixtures and fittings. One of the highlights of our stay was the apartment's proximity to the town centre. A short, flat stroll took us to the heart of Sawtell, where we discovered a delightful array of cafes and restaurants. The convenience of having everything at our doorstep made our holiday truly effortless and enjoyable.We cannot praise the host enough for their professionalism and responsiveness. From the moment we booked the apartment to the end of our stay, they were attentive, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had.
