Sans Souci is French, meaning "without a care," and this affordable cabin rental captures the carefree nature of the surrounding area, whether guests are enjoying forest, the Ocoee River area, or Frog Mountain. The genuine log cabin was crafted with lumber from trees on the property and promises to charm guests with its welcoming décor.

Guests are welcomed into the living area with its rock fireplace (seasonal gas logs) that stretches to the ceiling, plush leather couches for lounging, and satellite TV with DVD player. Amenities for the perfect mountain getaway include a dining area attached to the living space and a separate streamlined kitchen. Also on the main level is a spacious first floor queen bedroom with a large built-in desk area, plus an ensuite bath with shower and separate bathroom area. In the loft, guests will find a queen bedroom with bathroom and private balcony with exterior staircase. A second smaller full room is also on the loft level. The cabin offers WIFI as well as full size washer and dryer for the convenience of guests.

Outside, the lush landscaping showcases the natural forest setting. The vacation cabin is crafted from lumber on the property, with exquisite craftsmanship including half dovetail notching and white chinking, A wide deck wraps nearly all the way around the cabin, offering guests a place to lounge in rocking chairs, enjoy the hot tub, or dine outside from a meal prepared on the gas grill.

Visitors can venture out to Frog Mountain or go whitewater rafting or fishing the Ocoee River. Horseback riding and hiking excursions are nearby, with quaint shopping and delectable dining in nearby Copperhill or McCaysville.

The property is approximately 30.8 miles or 40min drive to Adventures Unlimited Ocoee.

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: Welcome to our pet-friendly property where your furry companions are valued guests. We offer a warm embrace for up to two dogs weighing under 50 pounds each, with a non-refundable fee of $30 each. Please be informed that due to homeowners insurance regulations, we regretfully cannot accommodate Pitbull dogs. To ensure a seamless stay, kindly notify Love Rentals in advance, as failure to do so may incur a minimum charge of $500, potentially up to $1,000. Dog owners are kindly reminded to accept full responsibility for their pets, ensuring they have no history of aggression or biting. We look forward to hosting you and your beloved companions.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
