"The staff in the hotel were wonderful. I knew I would be arriving after the kitchen had closed and I rang to inquire if there was a bar food menu. The lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. I was able to order from the main restaurant menu even though the kitchen closed a hour before I arrived. The dinner like the breakfast was excellent. So thanks again to the great team at the Farmers Market."

I was in town for an event on the Sunday and had friends staying in a hotel on The Mall who were kept awake late with live music and noise on the Saturday night so was very happy with our quiet and peaceful hotel - even slept with the windows open and could hear the river."

"Amazing place to stay!! The drive up the lane to the castle was breathtaking. The host greeted us at our arrival. The history of the castle was great to hear. Our room was spacious with great amenities! The view from the room was excellent from the castle ground out to the pastures surrounding the castle! We took a hike from the castle that was amazing! It was peaceful and quiet on the grounds. Breakfast included both hot and cold options that were delicious! Free parking on the grounds. To be able to stay in a nostalgic and authentic castle was amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel/castl!"
