« This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again. »

« I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. « Celebrated my son’s HS graduation with my father-in-law along for the adventure, Joe’s townhouse is super convenient to Thayer Gate and eating establishments along Main St. Grill worked well and the beds made for sound slumber. For mixed company an extra half bath might be desired, but 3 guys who know each other well managed just fine. The basement washer & dryer are top of line. »

Charlie, the owner, met us in person to give us the key and show us around for an extensive tour so that almost every kitchen appliance and dish was made known to us, (except the electric kettle, which was hiding in a cupboard and worked well!)
