« Cute little place for a get-away. Great price. Just what I was looking for. I stayed a couple of weeks nights. I was a little worried about noise, etc from pizza place next door. It was not a problem at all. That may be a little different on a weekend, idk. Overall I'm happy I picked The Funky Little Shach to stay! »

« This property was misrepresented. The cabin was run-down, dirty, and NOT by the lake and there was no beach access. The canoes and life vest were filthy and not water safe. The grill outside and across the drive from the so-called cabin was rusted completely out and was only the shell of a grill. The musty-moldy smell inside the cabin made it difficult to breath. We did not stay. »

« This house was perfect. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, it have just like being at home. It has a well stocked kitchen, many games and things to entertain children, comfortable beds and well stocked bathrooms. It has everything we needed for an almost weeklong stay. John and Julie even provided dog beds for our doggies. It was very dog friendly without any signs of being a dog friendly place (if that makes sense!). « Our family had a fun trip at this property. The lake was a great way to cool off during a VERY hot week. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, etc. We didn't realize in advance that the dock is shared with a neighboring property. The neighbor is very nice though. Maybe it was due to the extreme heat the week we were there, but the house did have a moisture odor. We got used to it quickly but one of our family members has some lung issues so we were a little concerned about that. Overall...

« The property itself was a good. Only trouble we had was locking the place up. Other than that, it was very comfortable, neat and clean with everything included. The only negative thing is the surrounding area down Low Road. If Southern Komfort owners would have anyway of having the individual owners clean up their properties. The place we stayed was very comfortable and neat and clean. »
