Lone Star Lodge is a 4-bedroom/4-bathroom house that includes private access to the Frio River. The property has a long porch that spans the entire length of the house. There are rocking chairs and a picnic table with ceiling fans on the porch that overlooks the large front yard that has many mature oak trees, a swing that seats two and a fire pit. This property also has an outdoor BBQ pavilion with a sink, tables, chairs, BBQ pit and a nearby outdoor restroom.
The house itself has a large kitchen with a curved bar Centerpiece that seats 9 guests. The kitchen’s stainless-steel sink is incorporated in the bar area while the stove top and oven are on an island of their own in the middle of the kitchen. This peaceful kitchen retreat is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or BBQ including a crock-pot and food processor. The kitchen area also includes two types of coffee pots: a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. Located near the kitchen is a full-sized, stacked washer and dryer. Laundry soap and dryer accessories are not included. The living room has 2 couches and an ottoman.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. Three of these bedrooms have a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has a single queen bed. The bathrooms in the front two bedrooms each have a combination tub/shower. The remaining two bathrooms are built with showers.
Linens are not included with this property. You must bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets and towels for the kitchen, bathrooms, and river.
