It's advertised as such but I missed that in the ad. We usually get first floor because my husband has mobility issues and has trouble with stairs. We had one issue with the television (it was guest problem), we contacted the host and he IMMEDIATELY responded and talked us through. Very happy with our stay and with our host. »
