« Grande chambre, hôtel très propre, malgré les travaux de la route à proximité aucune nuisance, le seul bémol est que le petite déjeuner continental a toujours été le même durant nos 5 nuits. »

« Got in late at night and there were no sheets provided for the pull out bed. So we had to go to the front and was given an old, ripped up mattress protector and no blanket. Was told they didn’t have any blankets left. The next day we when to check for a blanket and was told that the blankets are locked up in the owners office and was told by the staff this was a frequent complaint. The mattresses were beyond awful and I am not picky. My wife and I literally were laughing at how ridiculously...

« Room was ok, smelled moldy tho. Beds were NOT very comfortable. Floors leading to the rooms were dirty. When we got up to go down forcdinner someone had allowed there dog to poop in the hallway. Breakfast was ok, but the turkey patty was ice cold. It was very very average. I personally will not be staying there again »

« The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! »
