« Amazing stay from pre-check-in to check out. Clean room with amenities. We took our dog and they provided a dog bed, towel, water bowl and treats. Perfect bolthole for a stay away. We sat and played games in the snug area of the bar with an open fire for the afternoon. There’s complimentary canapés from 5:30pm and the restaurant had dishes for all dietary requirements. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be returning again. »

« A beautiful property set in beautiful surroundings that had every mod con and item you could possibly need! The beds were so comfy and the ensuite shower, well wow! I did not want to get out! The water is so soft and the pressure is far more superior compared to where we live! We visited the beach too for a couple of days, which was amazing, The Trawlerman gets a mention for the best fish n chips we’ve had in a long time! We will definitely return to stay as we have family living nearby now!...

« As always I was very open minded about staying here, thought it might be overly pretentious but I was very pleasantly surprised, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The grounds are very well taken care of, even in winter, the hotel is spotlessly clean and so are the rooms, which are nice and spacious. The restaurant was quite plain but the food is certainly not, I had the roast chicken as I said a Sunday night, it was well presented, beautifully cooked, and so much of it, I am gluten free and...

« Our room was very unique with its lovely 4 poster bed and lovely free standing bath .Lovely fire place and comfy old chair beside it in our room so cozy..We had a fabulous stay food was exquisite and service was lovely ..Cocktails were delicious.
