House is old and I would not recommend if you have an older person who cannot do steps. They are narrow and I worried that my mother would fall so I spotted her every trip up and down. There are also not enough lights in the house or fixtures that work. I just like more light for safety. It’s close to osu campus with a short drive or bike ride so that means it can get loud outside.
