The owners of the hotels have done a nice job renovating the bedroom and sink area. The shower has also been refitted. Staff was friendly. The actual room was clean and much better than expected by the looks of the outside.

I booked a room didnt realize it was a smoking room. The man at the counter was very nice and helpful and switched us to a nonsmoking room. Thankful as my daughter and i are severe asthmatics.

My boyfriend and I stay here regularly. We haven’t ever run into any problems. For the price we really enjoy it. The bed does make a funny noise but we’ve learned to deal with it. One time we stayed the smoke alarm in our room went off (we were in a smoking room but at the time it went off we had only hit a vape). The people at the front desk are always really friendly with us and help answer any questions we might have.

PpRoom was efficient and clean. My mjor issue was being awakened often do to neighbors flushing their toilets... It is not the flushing exactly, but the refilling valve screams while refilling. There are toilet values that are quite on refilling. This location should invest in them. The experience would have been much improved if this avoidable noise were not present

When we arrived at the property at got the room key, we found another man in our room. So we had to return and get a new room. Also told the worker that the man was smoking weed in the room, he did nothing about it was very dismissive. Overall the property was very dirty and very unwelcoming. Only reason we stayed is because we were there for only 1 day. Will not be back.

This was fine for a night or two. Although a bit worn in places, the room was comfy and clean and most everything worked. I did have to unplug the A/C because it would not shut off. There was no breakfast offered in the morning, but the coffee and cake were okay.

I've stayed here a few times on my way to and from North Carolina and I really like it. The bed is comfortable, the AC works and gets cold, it's pretty quiet. The only negative is that the TV basically has a scrambled channel or weak signal message for like a majority of the channels most of the time that I've tried. Other than that I like it And I'll definitely continue to stay here when I pass through Columbus

The pictures look nicer than it is. Very basic. Shampoo and soap provided, but no conditioner, no lotion, no coffee maker. We were given a room with a very strong chemical deodorizer smell (Febreze?) but the very nice staff member relocated us right away to a room that wasn't as bad. We had already unmade the bed, so he was extra nice about it. The doors go right to the outside and there was a guy next door listening to his phone very loudly in the middle of the night, who at least stopped when we asked. An OK choice for those on a budget, but I'd go to 3 stars if you can.

We stayed for one night while traveling. The bed was comfortable, but there was a spring or something that would make a noise if the person on the right side turned over or otherwise moved. The room was good, as was the shower. There are shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower. There was a nice TV with cable. Overall, we had a good stay and will come back if in the area.

The room was a little in disrepair and not very clean. Can't say it was dirty but I really didn't expect much considering the price and the purpose of my travel. If you're just looking for an inexpensive place to take care of some personal business that requires a stay over, then this place fits the bill.

Quiet area and comfortable bed. Not clean - from the shower to the sink to the countertop - it’s like someone just changed the bedding in between guests. Not a good place to stay if you like things to be sanitized.
