  • Enjoy your evenings on a private patio in a personal hot tub at the base of the idyllic mountains of Colorado Springs! During the day, a beautiful private yard covered with flowers, roses, and a towering blue spruce! Views are fantastic, with Pikes Peak to the West, and Downtown Colorado Springs to the East! The condo houses three meticulously furnished bedrooms with private work from homes spaces. Also includes laundry, a gas fireplace, and kitchen.

    Right next to the Broadmoor Seven Falls parking lot.

    Less than a mile from Downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City, with tons of cute family owned restaurants and businesses

    Walking distance (.4 miles) to miles of open spaces and trails at Bear Creek Park , which connects to the section 16 trail system, which includes hundreds of miles of hiking trails!

Last minute stay and Austin made accommodations for us. Wonderful area, the house is perfect and Austin provides everything you need. We had a dog with us and this house comes with a fenced yard, a rare find. This is how you do short term rentals. Austin’s place is the answer to whatever your question is

We had a good time with our two dogs at the home. The check in process for smooth and so was the communication with the host. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a petfriendly place.

We had a great stay at this property while vacationing in Colorado. It is so close to many attractions. The home was quiet, clean, and had more than enough space for our family of four. The hot tub was the perfect way to end each day!

This unit was remarkably, clean, spacy, quiet, convenient & comfortable. It was close to everything like Pikes Peak, The Garden of the God's & Manitou Springs. Austin was a great host. I would definitely lodge here again.

The lodge was very clean, spacious, and had a cozy vibe. The hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked the place and it was well kept and the highlight of our experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a cozy getaway!
