This Mediterranean, old-world-style home combines rich colors with warm wood finishes to evoke an effortlessly homey feel. A focal point of the home, the gourmet kitchen was designed for cooking classes or large family-style meals. When you aren't utilizing the kitchen's high-end appliances, granite countertops, and center island, gather around one of the elegant formal dining tables for a meal you won't be soon to forget.

Follow the home's unique finishes into the living room, the separate laundry room, and each of the bedrooms. The living room is a peaceful spot to gather for movie nights, enjoyed by the heat of the stoned-lined fireplace. Sure to put a smile on your face, the primary bedroom's en suite bathroom features a grand two-person jetted tub overlooking a fireplace and a marble-lined steam shower with copper finishes.

Outside, the perks only continue in the shape of a private covered hot tub, sprawling patio, and outdoor kitchen area. When you can pull yourself away from your stay, visit the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor World Arena, Gardens of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and Cave of the Winds Mountain Park.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
