- Valley View is an extraordinary property with views galore of the sierras, cape horn and much more. It is also a short drive to Rollins Lake and the Bear River and the best hiking in the world. Close to Tahoe National Forest for skiing, gambling at Thunder Valley or Tahoe...it is an ideal location for live work escape, hiking, getting out of the city without the high costs of Tahoe. Thus is the downstairs unit that faces onto the patio..great for grilling.
