« I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom...

« We visited Manali as part of our trip to India. I choose Tiaraa in Manali after a bit of research. Even though I did research, I was still a bit afraid of the place have choose to stay. I am glad I made the choice to stay at Tiaraa in Manali. As we entered the front staff made us feel welcome and directed us to our room. The room was clean, beautiful timber interior and most importantly the bathroom was clean and fitted with nice fixtures. The restaurant in hotel also served tasty, hygienic...
