Beautiful spot
Beautiful clean home. Lovely pool, dock to fish and a 10-15 min walk to the beautiful beach. Was a very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be back.

Great Home!
This is a great home! It's layout is fabulous with suite at one end of home and rest of bedrooms on other end. Large open rooms with classic appointments make the home comfortable and attractive. Kitchen is fantastic! Heated pool just steps outside back door along with canal view is nice. Communication with rental agency was immediate with maintenance on top of any problem or questions. The home was spotless which is so important to us. Linens were of excellent quality. We will inquire about this property in the future.

The house was perfect, spacious, beautiful, nice location on a canal and close enough to the beach. Pool area was nice although the weather was a bit chilly (December) so the pool temp could have been a bit warmer. The kitchen was amazing, but an outdoor gas grill is always a plus.

Short but sweet!
We were supposed to stay for 5 days and do all the activities around town that there is to do but the weather did not cooperate. We left a day early but the property management was very accommodating and great at communicating and even refunded us a day. The house was very comfortable. We cooked most of our meals but also ate at Branos Italian for dinner for a birthday celebration and it was just great . The kids absolutely loved the heated pool and fishing off of the dock. The adults enjoyed Sitting around watching TV at times playing games at the table. The beds are comfortable. But most of all everything was clean and the neighborhood was safe and we felt right at home away from home .It was a perfect house for eight of us. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area.

Beautiful, Convenient and Comfortable
Perfect house for our party of four couples. Nice little pool, gorgeous canal, wonderful beach access at the end of the short road. Bring bug spray. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Vacation!
We loved everything about this house. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house was super clean and organized. The kitchen was superb! We cooked most of our meals during our vacation, so having a chef’s kitchen was extra nice. We had every single thing we needed. All the beds we comfortable. The master shower was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the pool. Communication with the rental agency was excellent, check in/out super easy. Definitely recommend this lovely home!

Awesome Vacay!
This house is perfect!!! We loved the layout and the kitchen is a true chef's kitchen w a viking stove. Cooking is a pleasure with the view to the canal and pool. We were 2 families with toddlers and 2 kids (9 and 11). We woke up each mornomg to dolphins or manatees! The beds were awesome and the location was perfect!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful and Relaxing!
The house was a great home away from home. Right on the water, we saw dolphins, fish jumping, cute little lizards, and even an adorable baby turtle had somehow gotten into the pool. (We scooped him up and put him into the natural water, of course!) Roomy and comfortable. Well setup for our family of 5. We had plenty of room to relax and prepare family meals. Just a short drive to the beach for boogie boarding and swimming in the amazing ocean. Was the perfect home base while our girls competed in a big softball tournament. It was PERFECT. Thank you to the excellent property managers who made it easy, clean and oh so comfortable!!

This house more than met our expectations! Everything you need for a great family vacation, plenty of room, fully stocked with lots of extras to make your trip special! Taylor was great to work with and made the whole process easy. Will recommend to anyone coming to the Cocoa Beach area.
