« We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time. »

« We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus. « This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. « We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. « My Family loved this little house. Pool was nice and of course we had great weather. It's short walk to the beach with all your beach essentials there in the garage. Beds were comfy too, street can be a little busy at times, but other than that we would come back if we are down this way again! »

« Property is large and roomy. We only stayed two nights while getting our group together for a cruise. A short walk to the beach where you have a great view of cruise ships leaving and entering port and of the rocket launch facilities. We didn't cook so I cant comment on appliances or kitchenware. « L'endroit est très bien placé, le logement assez grand et pratique (cuisine complète), l'accueil gentil, chaleureux et généreux (serviettes de plage, café, shampoing, prêt de planches de surf, etc.). Le cadre est vraiment très beau, et l'accès direct à la plage très appréciable. A savoir pour ceux qui comme moi voyagent uniquement avec bagages à main : il n'y a pas de lave-linge sur place (laverie à quelques kilomètres). Sinon tout est parfait ! »
