Extensive kitchen appliances, coffee pods, plenty of towels, pillows, bath toiletries, etc. Super clean. Big rooms. Each bedroom has a big-screen TV and they all worked easily. Comfy seating in two common rooms. Game room in the garage with beach chairs and toys. Plenty of parking, easy in and out to northbound A1A. Directly on the beach. Beautiful views. Big deck with lots of chairs and huge umbrellas for shade. Large BBQ. Only 5 blocks to the middle of downtown with its terrific restaurants and bars. Only 15 minutes to Port Canaveral for catching a cruise or eating the freshest fish channel-side and watching the cruise ships depart. Rocket launches easily watched. We are locals who live nearby on the river and hosted two other couples and a single for a week in early November. We gather annually in various places and this year was the best. I'd say the host was very easy to communicate with, and she was -- but we never needed to communicate anything because everything worked perfectly. Book it. ##### Cindy P. Easy access to the beach and surrounding area. Because the beach is private, there were no crowds. The house is better than the pictures. Its warm decor is so welcoming and the house was very clean. Julie is amazing to work with. Very responsive and not intrusive as an owner. I moved my family from there to this immaculate inviting home. This home is stunning and has all the amenities.. the views and access to the beach were amazing.. multiple lovely outdoor spaces ..The indoor spaces were equally inviting and equipped with everything you need. Plenty of space for large family to sleep, lounge and dine.
