"Our stay at your beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! Alex was a fantastic host—communicative, attentive, and always making sure we knew he was available if we needed anything. His wife Gabby prepared a wonderful dinner and breakfast for us, and her sweet, fun personality added so much to the charm of the home and our experience. The house itself was stunning, even more beautiful than the photos, and our friends and family have been blown away by the pictures we’ve shared. Truly an unforgettable stay!"

"Incredible! The Villa and grounds were amazing!! So amazing that we took family photos right off the balcony, instead of on the beach as planned. The beds were so comfortable. The location was convenient for getting to the beach and into town without being right in the middle of it all. It was incredibly serene, to the point where we could sit on the balcony in the rocking chairs and hear the ocean waves in the early morning and evening when the town was calmed down. We rented golf carts, and it made zipping to the beach a quick 1-2 minute trip and into the main town area 3-4 min. We ordered groceries ahead of time through the Zindis group and everything was in the fridge or on the counter awaiting our arrival. The Zindis guys Edgar and Alex were amazing house managers and concierges! Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they were right there to help; in person, via text or by phone. The electricity fluctuates momentarily at times if the wind is blowing hard. This was not usually a problem, but we did have to have them show us how to reset the instant hot water heater, because it would reset to cool when the power went out. However, it was easy to reset and we would quickly have unlimited hot water again. Then there’s the pool! Ahhh! I’m not even a pool person, but it was so nice to hang out in the pool and watch the sun set over the ocean, leaning across the infinity edge. Our whole group of 8 had a glorious time, adults and kids! We will be back! "

"What an amazing place to stay on the Playa Del Coco coast!! We enjoyed Tim's home so much we never wanted to leave! Everything about the home is 5-star - from the comfortable beds, bathroom amenities, fully-stocked kitchen, infinity pool, deck furniture, etc., etc. We just wished we had stayed longer. Tim has thought of everything and is so kind. He has great people working for him to help with concierge services, housekeeping and meal preparation. He has such nice touches, including beautiful flowers to enjoy during your stay. We are looking for a reason to return to Costa Rica just to stay at Tim's place again!"
