Two biggest problem we had was a built-in brick bbq downstairs under our deck. It’s part of the property. A guy burned wood that he collected to bbq with. Smoked up the whole area with thick smoke. It happened 4 times at sunset. The neighbors and us had to go in for two hours for the smoke to clear. The other is the AC in the master bedroom. It Ran between 78/76 degrees until morning then it got to 73 degrees. I had brought an humidity and degrees thermometer. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. ##### Richard T.
